Before / after

Turn scattered AI use into a working system.

If you already use ChatGPT or Claude but still paste the same context, rebuild prompts, and stitch outputs together manually, this cohort is for you.

Before 10XMe: scattered, disconnected AI use. After 10XMe: a connected operating system with Second Brain, Skills Library, Automations, and Memory.

Before 10XMe

  • You start each AI chat from scratch.
  • Your prompts live in scattered notes.
  • AI output varies depending on the day.
  • You manually summarise, rewrite, and follow up.
  • You worry about careless AI use at work.

After 10XMe

  • You have reusable context for your role, projects, standards, and decisions.
  • Your best workflows live in a Skills Library you can reuse and improve.
  • Your system gives AI clearer context and quality standards.
  • You have repeatable workflows for meetings, writing, research, and reviews.
  • You know when to use AI, when to verify it, and what not to share.
01 · What you build

Your personal AI Chief of Staff.

The operating system under it: your Second Brain, Skills Library, workflows, and memory working together. Built by you in the cohort. Yours forever afterward.

Every lesson ends with something useful in your work. From the very first one, you start building a Second Brain you can use that day.

You keep the judgement.
AI handles the first pass.

You
The Operator
Second Brain

Your knowledge, notes, and projects, always up to date.

Skills Library

Reusable skills and prompts. Plug in, customise, reuse.

Automations

Repeatable workflows that handle the first pass and reduce busywork.

Memory

AI can use the context you choose to give it.

02 · The curriculum

Eighteen modules. Three stages.

Each module is a 10-minute video from Matt and Alvin plus a short guided build, walked through by your 10XMe AI coach inside your own work. You don't sit through hour-long lectures. You build practical workflows, templates, and setups you can use the same day.

Stage 1 · Modules 1-5

Use AI properly

By the end you're a Prompter with the basics done properly: your AI knows who you are, you can hand it the whole job, and you check the work before it leaves your desk.

  1. 01 · Why your AI still gives generic answers
  2. 02 · Get AI to actually understand who you are
  3. 03 · Stop babysitting AI, brief it like a colleague
  4. 04 · The 30-second check that protects your reputation
  5. 05 · The one tool worth setting up properly
Stage 2 · Modules 6-10

Build it into your work

You become an Integrator. You're working in a real AI workspace (no terminal, no code), your context lives in one place, and your repeated work starts running on its own.

  1. 06 · The workspace your real work moves into
  2. 07 · Your personal brain the AI reads from
  3. 08 · Read ten times faster without missing what matters
  4. 09 · Sharper calls, in less time
  5. 10 · Stop writing the same email over and over
The goal
Stage 3 · Modules 11-18

Build your Chief of Staff

You become an Architect. Your AI runs real work in the background (meeting prep, inbox triage, daily briefs, commitment tracking), and you know how to keep it alive long-term.

  1. 11 · Your personal Chief of Staff, ready to run
  2. 12 · The week your AI starts feeling like yours
  3. 13 · Why your AI forgets in week two, and the fix
  4. 14 · The six jobs you'll never do by hand again
  5. 15 · Plugging it in without losing sleep
  6. 16 · The hour you get back every morning
  7. 17 · Why most personal AI dies in two months
  8. 18 · Build the next ability on your own
When you finish

You're operating at Architect (Level 3). Your system is live. You keep lifetime access, so you can come back, run the modules again for new roles or projects, or layer in new skills we ship to the library.

03 · How it's taught

An AI coach walks the build with you.

Most courses leave you alone with a video. This one has a coach sitting next to you, in your own tools, walking you through the build for your specific work.

Each module starts with a short video from Matt and Alvin. Then your 10XMe AI coach takes over inside your own tools. It knows what you're meant to build, has your context loaded, remembers where you got stuck last time, and walks you through the next step.

Your actual work gets done while you learn. By the end of each module, the thing you built is sitting in your setup, ready to use.

No other AI course we know of does this. Most hand you a video and a worksheet. We hand you a coach that knows your work.

What the coach does
  • 1 Knows the curriculum. Loaded with every module, every build step, every expected output.
  • 2 Knows you. Reads from your Second Brain so it walks you through the build in your own context, not a generic example.
  • 3 Lives in your tools. Set up once as a Project inside ChatGPT or Claude. No new app to learn.
10X CERTIFIED L3 · ARCHITECT
04 · Your completion credential

A real credential at the end. Earned, not handed out.

Finish the course and you earn the 10XMe completion credential at Architect level. Shareable proof you built and run a working AI system, not just sat through a course.

  • Added to your LinkedIn profile as a verified certification, with a credential ID and verification link, in one click.
  • Issued only when you've shipped the Architect-level deliverables. Not for showing up.
  • Founding members get the Founder edition. Different colour, different number.
05 · What's included

07 · Fit check

Is this for you?

Yes, this is for you if…
  • You're a senior professional, director, VP, head of X, founder, CEO, senior IC.
  • You already use ChatGPT or Claude casually and know it can do more.
  • You don't want to code. You want to lead AI, not build AI products.
  • You can find about 10 minutes a day.
  • You want a system you keep, not another course you forget about.
Probably not if…
  • You're hunting for "top 10 ChatGPT prompts" cheatsheets.
  • You're a developer wanting to build AI products (we don't cover that).
  • You want AI to do the thinking for you. This teaches you to lead it.
  • You expect a cohort to be passive. You'll build alongside us and share in the community.
  • You want an institutional AI training for your team. That's a future tier, not this one.
08 · Your teachers

Alvin & Matt.

Built by two founders, not one. Alvin brings the strategy, the audience and the scale. Matt designs the system you'll be building. Both teach in the cohort.

Guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee.

Join the cohort. Go through the first lessons. If it's not delivering value for your work, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you, in full, no friction.

The risk isn't whether this matters to your career. The risk is waiting until your peers have already built theirs.

09 · Cohort questions

The practical stuff.

How much time does it take? +

Plan for about 10 minutes a day for the lesson, plus a short hands-on task each time. There's no deadline and you get lifetime access, so you go at your own pace. Most founders do the first lesson the afternoon they join.

When does the cohort actually open? +

We're taking first-access reservations now. The cohort itself opens in the coming weeks, founding members get the exact date and a link to secure their seat before the general announcement. Reserve now and you're first through the door.

Can I use this safely with company information? +

Yes, with judgement. You will learn practical rules for what not to paste, how to anonymise sensitive context, and how to verify AI output before it touches real work. You should still follow your employer's policies.

Is this just a prompt pack? +

No. Prompts are part of it, but the course is about the system around them: context, reusable workflows, memory, review loops, and safer use. Prompt packs give you lines to copy. 10XMe gives you a way to operate.

Why $499 and not $1,000+? +

Because $499 sits below the threshold where you need to have a conversation with finance. You can pay on your personal card, expense it if you want, and be in the cohort today. We'd rather have 200 people who decided fast than 50 who had to get approval.

What if I can't make the live sessions? +

Sessions are recorded and posted to the member area for replay. You can watch the replay, drop questions in the community for async answers, or just follow the course at your own pace. Live sessions are a bonus on top of the course — not a requirement.

What if I join and it's not for me? +

Email us within 30 days for a full refund. No survey. No "are you sure?" No friction. We only want people in the cohort who are genuinely finding it useful.

Can I expense this through my company? +

Yes, we issue a proper invoice/receipt on request. Many founding members will expense it as professional development; some pay personally and reclaim later. Your call.

What happens when the cohort closes? +

200 founding seats. Once they're filled, the next cohort opens at a later date at the same $499 price. Founding members keep their bonuses, badge and member community for life. The course product itself stays available throughout.
